英资太古集团属下的一家飞机维修公司，为世界各地停留在香港的飞机提供全面的维修服务。成立于50年代，现有员工2300多名。以启德机场为基地，拥有亚太地区最大的机库，是大型飞机的维修中心，能为客户提供完善的技术服务。现与8家航空公司签订定期维修合同。从1974年起，为中国民航的飞机和引擎提供服务。又与中国航空技术进出口公司合作，成立华南航空技术有限公司，为中国航空技术进出口公司进出口各种航空产品。1993年3月，公司与厦门国际经济技术合作公司签署了合资建设厦门太古飞机维修公司的协议。
香港空运货站有限公司由英资集团、华资集团及香港政府参与持股的航空货运垄断性企业。1971年成立。该公司最大股东是英资太古集团与怡和集团，各持30％的股份，华资九龙仓集团与和记黄埔集团各持15％的股份，香港政府持有10％的股份。由于该公司拥有并经营空运货站大厦，还享有处理香港空运货物业务的专利权，其盈利率受香港政府利润管制计划控制。一般定为12．5％，在总利润增加而收费并未提高的情况下，盈利率可以提高到15％，这样既可以控制空运收费水平，又可以刺激空运货站提高效率，增加盈利。该公司拥有政府给予的经营特许权，负责经营启德机场货运大厦。该大厦于1976年建成，初期年处理货物34万吨。1983年扩建后，年处理货物达75万吨，随着香港航空运输业的不断发展，货运大厦已不能满足需要。1989年起，开始兴建第二座货运大厦，并于1991年11月建成投入使用。货物年处理量增至150万吨，足以应付未来数年新机场启用之前的货运增长状况，成为亚洲第一太空运货站。
Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited - better known as HAECO - has provided comprehensive aeronautical engineering services to airlines and operators since 1950.
When HAECO signed a 20-year Franchise Agreement with Hong Kong's Airport Authority, it was yet another milestone and became the only full service provider at the new Hong Kong International Airport at Chek Lap Kok offering comprehensive line to heavy maintenance packages including extensive aircraft component overhaul support and AOG/aircraft recovery service.

HAECO has, over the years, expanded beyond the boundaries of Hong Kong SAR into Mainland China with Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd. (TAECO) at Xiamen, Fujian and Taikoo (Shandong) Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd. (STAECO) at Shandong besides establishing joint ventures with key major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in pursuit of providing "Total Care" services to its customers.
The Swire Group, together with Cathay Pacific Airways, hold major interests in HAECO and provides management support.
